Conducted end-to-end research to understand factors leading to conversion, retention, & churn amongst advertisers and how we can best set up our B2B customers for success. I used to do all the participant recruiting for our 20+ person Research + Design team at Quora in addition to self-recruiting for my own studies. This entailed recruiting for non-users / consumers / advertisers / power customers / churned users / first time trial participants, and more — essentially any entity necessary to understand the end user experience. Highlights✅ Created a reusable SQL/Python template library to reduce the burden/bottleneck on our data scientists when doing a data pull for surveys or study screeners.✅ Program managed and conducted 2-week research sprint cycles to address backlog of research study requests across the company — these were my favorite types of studies to run, recruit on Mon, results on Fri.✅ Expert-level familiarity with surveys, screeners, and sampling tools (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, working with engineers to develop on-platform site intercept capabilities).✅ Vetted and partnered with various research vendors (AnswerLab, UserInterviews, dScout). Assessing new tools for conducting research and recruiting participants (ycb.me, Calendly, Rev, Temi, Lookback).✅ Adapted external-facing communications and data storage for GDPR/CCPA compliance.✅ Created and maintained a research and insights library in Google Drive in addition to extensive experience in creating taxonomies and frameworks to define and categorize / tag / code data.

In Cleveland, the band sans our leader watched Zombieland together, not realizing 'You're a Wolf' would be playing in the background.
