·           Preparing Management Information reports comprising Profitbility reports, Forecasts and analysis of variances.·           Liaison with 15 subsidiaries, consolidation of subsidiaries’ accounts for management reporting.·           Attending to auditor’s queries and compiling of information for audit purposes.Improving efficiency in accounting process with IT support.

·           Management reporting with analysis for clients’ management use.·          Preparation of Audit, Taxation Schedules, FRS and HQ reporting (US GAAP) for clients.·          Financial data process according to clients’ requirements and various certified accounting software (eg. MYOB, AccPac, UBS and Peachtree).·          Advise clients on internal control and critical financial issues when needed.·          Assist clients in setting up of Finance Department and internal control identification and supervise junior staff in their duties.·          Liaise with client’s auditors re: Audit queries.

·           Management reporting with analysis and internal control identification.·           Assist in implementation of ERP - Sage CS/3 modules. ·           Manage major accounting duties (full set), daily operation, in-charge of inter-company balances and monitor month end closing.·           Budget preparation and cash flow management (management accounting).·           Preparation of Audit and Taxation Schedules and liaise with external parties (eg. bank) concerning company issues.·           Handle monthly payroll using EasyPay software.·           Generation of reports using Crystal Report 7 and other ad-hoc assignments

·           Manage all major financial accounting duties (full set).·           Responsible for all Goods and Service Tax (GST) matters to tax authorities. ·           Preparation of accounts and schedule, liaise with auditors.·           Manage company fund (incl. Fixed deposits and overseas investments).·           Lead in implementation of accounting software – UBS Accounting Software.·           Manage human resource matters ·           Administer motor insurance claim and undertake ad-hoc assignments.

·         Audit and tax preparation of clients’ accounts for partners’ review.·         Preparation of accounts for sole-proprietors and partnerships.·         Tax computation, preparation and submission to tax authorities for clients.
