• Handled 70+ phone calls a shift with duties including multi tasking up to 10 orders while serving customers, upgrading orders to meal combos and preparing fresh ingredients to deliver quality pizza• Trained 5 new employees to effectively operate a cash register, make change and balance the shift’s receipts • Performed exemplary customer service while tackling complaints in a high pressure, fast paced environment

• Partnered with cross functional teams such as Operations and Marketing to deliver online events with over 100 attendees between students and networking delegates from top companies such as KPMG, Deloitte and Bain & Company

• Promoted to Director for implementing new deliverables such as creating sponsorship pitch decks, increasing exposure on social media platforms and emailing list in the sponsorship package within a five month period

• Secured over $1500 in funding from Tech, Food and Retail industries including Samsung, EVO Car share and Steve’s Poke through outreach of 150 companies via email, cold call and Linkedin• Negotiated a two-year long term sponsorship with International fitness centre, Golds gym by maintaining a lasting relationship and commitment to re-sponsor through demonstrating the values of Me Inc.

• Acquired a donation of 230 vegan protein bars, worth $600 of products from Suspro Foods for the Conference by leveraging long term connections and maintaining a professional relationship
