Support HR Manager on Recruitment Policy and Process updating.2.Participate in the planning of human resources company, responsible for the development of demand plans and recruitment plans and recruitment programs designed; 3. responsible for staff recruitment, screening, hiring, firing and work; to their own personal charm, rigorous way of doing things and good expertise to handle a good relationship between company employees. 4.Establish training systems, polices and procedures.Formulate, implement and adjust annual training plan.5.Establish internal trainer team and develop internal training courses system.6.New employee orientation.7.To deal with staff relations.
