CurrentSince the Phone Interviews team was formed in 2021, I've spearheaded the successful launch, growth of three phone interview products, overseeing ~1M calls in the first year. My role involved driving product success by crafting and executing comprehensive roadmaps that aligned with both customer requirements and overarching business goals. I managed the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and user research to feature definition and go-to-market strategies. A key achievement was orchestrating a 70% increase in the utilization of the click-to-call feature by aligning four cross-organizational product teams to build a new opt-in source.I've consistently worked closely with cross-functional teams to shape and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals. I've proactively identified new product opportunities through a thorough analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and followed with swiftly launching MVP's and iteratively testing improvements. I've completed in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback assessments to identify product opportunities. In addition to product strategy and execution work, I work closely with my team to develop and maintain a prioritized backlog, employing agile methodologies to drive iterative product development and ensure a streamlined and efficient product evolution.
