Strategizes, plans and oversees all aspects of development and alumni affairs in a growing department which raises $3.5 million annually. Accomplishments include: -Supervise all aspects of annual scholarship gala. The Council provides guidance on ways to engage alumni through professional development activities, special benefits, reunions and communications, among others. -Instituted a year-round program of donor cultivation, stewardship and recognition opportunities, including gallery openings, recognition events, naming opportunities, publications and e-newsletters, among others.-Staff the following Board committees along with the Vice President: Alumni, Finance, Fundraising and Gala.-Establish and oversee departmental operations including, gift processing, acknowledgments, recordkeeping, collections, list production, budgeting and financial tracking. -Hire, supervise, mentor and evaluate Annual Fund Manager, Manager Events and Alumni Relations, Database Manager and two College Assistants.

Planned, implemented, managed and evaluated TDF's diverse fundraising activities including foundation, corporate, corporate sponsorship and government support; major individual support; member appeals and annual raffle; prospect research, cultivation and stewardship; one-on-one solicitations; and special events. Accomplishments included quadrupling overall contributed income, including a 15-fold increase in support from major individual donors and a three-fold increase in corporate and foundation support.

Planned, implemented and managed diverse fundraising program for national service organization for the not-for-profit theatre with annual operating budget in excess of $6 million. Increased overall contributed income from corporate, foundation, government and individual supporters from $700,000 to $5 million. Specific responsibilities included: writing/editing grant proposals and fundraising appeals; copywriting for annual report; staffing Board Development Committee; and supervising 3 Development Associates.

As organization’s first Development Director, established/managed fundraising program including fundraising events in New York, Fort Worth and Newport. Attained annual fundraising goal of $2.5 million. Supervised a Development Associate and a Development Assistant.

Directed fundraising activities within Trades and Professions Division with overall $65 million annual campaign goal. Raised funds from toy, banking, finance, supermarket and sales industries. Staffed committees composed of corporate leaders, high net worth individuals and young professionals to plan and implement fundraising objectives geared to securing individual and corporate contributions at major gifts level ($10,000 +) and below. Planned and executed fundraising events honoring industry leaders and featuring prominent keynote speakers. Worked with industry leaders in recruiting honorees and speakers, securing individual and corporate sponsors, publicity and event logistics. Two major events drew over 1,200 guests and raised in excess of $1.6 million.
