Responsible for --> Hotel Wifi and guest satisfaction using the Internet--> Hotel Management Software (IDS) problem identification, solution and improvement --> CCTV and PABX system with full functioning status--> Improve CCTV system with full functioning more than 150 cc camera with the required backup capacity for making international security visits in hotels successful --> Guest satisfaction improvement in Banquet Hall IT support like Projectionm and Wifi etc.--> Company email improvement for business communication at an expected level --> Create and maintain survey sheets regarding IT complaints of guests and based on the survey sheets take corrective action to improve guest satisfaction in general--> Give support to online video conferences--> Responsible for installing, configuring, managing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing computer networks, workstations, supporting server system(s), supporting hardware/software, and user accounts. Train/instruct users in the proper use and security of all systems. Troubleshoot/repair/resolve technical problems/issues related to computer hardware/software/LAN and WAN/internet, cc camera, projector, printer, IP Phone.
