Human Resources Director
Current- Partner with the Leadership Team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand personnel needs including skills and competencies for specific roles.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefit programs.
- Lead new employee onboarding and integration.
