EMEA regulatory reporting

Served as the Club Growth Director for District 98 Toastmasters International. As a CGD, I was responsible for overlooking at the Growth and retention of the members within the District.I was able to charter 30 new clubs which included 5 community clubs.In total 2535 new members and 787 charter members got added to the District 98.I ended my term as Smedley Distinguished CGD!!

I am holding the office of current Division U Director, District 98.

I have been involved in Regulatory reporting for the firm specifically CCAR reports and Pillar 3 disclosures on a quarterly basis for submission to Federal Reserve. I specifically handle the Balance sheet pieces which are reported for the firm. There are due diligence meetings conducted where I get to present the report to senior management in the firm based out of New York.- The CCAR reports include 14Q disclosures and VENA (CCAR projections). The 14Q is quarterly report submitted to Fed Reserve for the firm balance sheet. Recently completed with a project to streamline the 14A BS report with 14Q BS report which I prepare and made sure they are in line with Fed Reserve guidelines.- The VENA report involves CCAR projections based on firm Balance sheet across different products. These are projections for future months involved and use VENA web application. Currently working in automating the VENA reporting into bringing the process over Financial Data warehouse platform so as to make the process more robust and help in saving around 20-25 hrs of man hours every quarter.- On quarterly basis, I prepare Pillar 3 report covering Credit risk for On balance sheet and Off balance sheet products at firm level based on Basel III norms.- Recently completed automation project for FP&A processes which involved reporting balances in FPW for various Fixed Income businesses at required business levels which was manually done in each quarter (time saved 4-6hrs of man hours each quarter). - Even involved in preparing weekly balance sheet reports as per the US GAAP requirements for the firm. I also deal with external reports to Fed Reserve which involves Capital disclosures.

- The role, was involved in Market risk calculations at firm level and Validation & Exception process on daily basis wherein we reconciled whether the balances reported for various products across at firm is reported properly or if any error to be reported.- Also involving Capital reporting which consisted of producing Business required Capital numbers need to be maintained by the firm globally on a weekly basis. Capital reporting process involved working with Risk Weighted Asset numbers (market risk, credit risk and operational risk valuation); On and Off Balance sheet Assets and fabricating those balances to produce BRC data at firm level. IMM and CEM approach were used to generate the capital numbers presented in the Management Committee deck.

- I served as the direct liaison between the District 98 and the 6 clubs within my area S2. As an Area Director my duty was to serve clubs with best of my capabilities. I served as members of a District 98 Council.- During my tenure, I served 4 Corporate clubs, 1 Community and 1 College club.- Received the award for Gladiator Area Director in Toastmasters District 98 (2020-21) and various other accolades at District 98 level.- Received the President Distinguished Area Director award for 2020-21.- Received the award for philanthropy and contribution towards Toastmasters in Morgan Stanley.

Worked as a summer intern in the retail banking for HDFC Bank wherein my role was to conduct market research and provide analysis of Digital outreach amongst digital clients. The role also involved spreading the awareness about Digitization among the clients of HDFC bank therein reducing the footfalls in branches and bringing more clients to the digital platform.

- Worked in IT Infrastructure handling domain. Successfully worked on 4 projects which were based out of Delhi and Bangalore (client sites).- The work involved monitoring health of systems and company IT infrastructure. Application used was Dynatrace, Remedy and BMC Software monitoring applications.- Got nominated for the Office ‘Rookie Award’.
