Greetings! I am Joydeep Guha, a Quality Analyst based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. With 7 years of experience in Automation, API, performance, and manual testing, I have developed expertise in creating test cases, executing them, and ensuring software quality to deliver a seamless user experience.Currently, I work as an Analyst at Acclaris WTW, where I have been contributing from October 2021 to present. In this role, I am responsible for preparing test cases and executing them using Zephyr. My work encompasses UI, API, Batch and database validation. Additionally, I conduct performance testing using Jmeter for API and portal. I have also been automating regression test cases using a C# based framework. My day-to-day activities also include debugging code and resolving merge conflicts to fix automated test failure.Before joining WTW, I worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer from February 2019 to October 2021. In this role, I prepared BDD scripts and worked on API testing, automation testing using Selenium, Cucumber, and Maven. As an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, I worked on manual testing in the banking domain, database, and UI testing, and prepared test cases in HP QC from February 2017 to January 2019.I graduated from New Horizon College of Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in August 2012 - July 2016. I have also acquired ISTQB - ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board and API Testing Foundation certifications.As a Quality Analyst, I possess a keen eye for detail, which allows me to identify and fix issues with precision. I have an in-depth understanding of automation testing tools, such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Jmeter, and a comprehensive understanding of manual testing in banking domains, UI, database testing, and test case preparation.When I am not working, I enjoy driving bike or car.
