Member of core Executive Committee of ACC Limited . Had P&L responsibility for the West and South regions of ACC Limited , managing a top line of Rs.4200 crores. The region had three integrated cement plants, two grinding units , two blending units and one bulk handling station with a 3 million ton grinding unit under commissioning . Operations were in the states of Maharashtra , Karnataka , Kerala , Tamil Nadu , Andhra Pradesh and Gujrat .

Handled a team of 375 plus sales and customer service personnel operating out of 7 regional and 25 branch offices and managed a sales turnover of Rs.4400 crores plus . Launched many branding related initiatives which have set standards in the industry . Launched a path breaking new product which is currently doing very well . Significantly contributed to development of hi potentials in the team , personally mentoring some who have gone on to occupy senior leadership roles in other regions of ACC . During my tenure the sales in the region grew from 9.3 million to 11 million tons per annum under 2 years .

National Head of Sales and Marketing for the foil and Packaging business . Overall in charge of 4 branches across the country with a team of 70 people . responsible for top line and profits .

Managed a branch with 6-7 direct reportees and a set of B2B customers in Pharma , Food and confectionery segment . responsible for revenues , collection and customer satisfaction .
