2nd Year into formal existence - AgileFrameworkz is an extension of me , as a Project management agency it consults , helps design , plan execute and drives the project to its planned goals and aspirations - Agile Frameworkz is agile and fluid like - drawing insights from past experiences - both past success and failures contribute to our desicion makings at all stages - we like systems and processes . If a project was a drama unfolding on a stage - I would call myself the Sutradhaar !!Going back in time I have had a collage of work experiences - having served the Hospitality Sector - It was fun handling F&B Services and Operations for about 6 odd years post my degree in Hotel Management . Ventured into F&B Business - was catering to GE India , GE Medcials , 24 x7 - made some money and exited after a period of 2 yearsIntriguing as it might sound - I gravitated to towards Human Resources and Adminstartion and served the IT & Telecom sector for about 7 years The next two years saw me dabelling in Commercial and Residential Interior projects .Joined a startup core team - which was being incubated by an accelerator - Axilor , hustled and pitched for an year - did everything that a startup runs on...dreams , passion , hustling ...Started a Pvt. Ltd. firm - which exclusively dealt with handling BMS , FAPA , HVAC - a full cyle firm - design , execute , manitain . We had many a giants as our clients - before Covid hit and we had to shut down .Post Covid - Returned full fledged to the commercial project execution - Executed many large scale commercial projects successfully , many are still ongoing and many will be initiated .I also run a digital agency under the name FuntooshLabs - It creates and runs blogs and stays relevant in the digital platform .
