Key deliverables- Ensuring safe work environment at site - construction of four high rise residential towers G+10 each and club G+2- Making necessary corrections at workplace to ensure safe act and safe condition.

- Ensuring compliance with legal and other requirements e.g. Factories Act, Gas cylinder Rules, Static & Mobile Pressure Vessels (U) Rules, Air & Water Pollution Acts, Hazardous waste and Bio-Medical waste management Rules, etc.- Renewal of Factory licenses, Boiler operational certificates, Consent to Operate, Hazardous waste authorisation, Licenses for storage of gas cylinders (Hydrogen, Chlorine, Carbon dioxide, etc.) - Liaison, correspondences & management during inspections & audits by officers of the Factories & Boilers Organisation, PESO, MOEFCC, CPCB, SPCB, etc. - Spearheading responsibility for maintenance and improvement of positive EHS culture. - Detection of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts to keep workplace safe & environment friendly- Coordination for HAZOP study of the process lines and implementation of recommendations.- Conducting Safety committee meetings and follow-up actions for closure of observations.- Coordination and supervision for testing and renewal of certificates for Pressure vessels (e.g. gas cylinders, chlorine tonners, air tanks), lifting equipment, tools & tackles (e.g. passenger elevator, web slings, wire rope slings, D shackles, chain pulley blocks, etc.).- Coordination for Annual safety audit as per the MSIHC Rules and implementation of recommendations.- Monitoring of occupational exposure, planning & fixing OHS signs inside entire plant premises to minimise exposure and to control behaviour of employees in order to prevent occupational illness, near misses and accidents.- Inspection of condition of workplace, equipment & tools, and ensuring adequacy of safety measures before issuance of PTW.- Execution of Emergency drills.- Conducting induction training and subject specific training for each new permanent employee, contract employee, driver and trainee. - Maintaining incident statistics & log, conducting Incident investigation, Root Cause Analysis and implementation of corrective action.

Key Deliverables - Development, co-ordination, audit and certification, surveillance & re-certification of management systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) of clients. - Imparting & co-ordinating training programmes in MDPs. - Training & supervision of contractual operation of ETPs and STPs.

Key Deliverables - Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and other requirements. - Application & obtainment/renewal of Consent to Operate, Hazardous waste authorisation, Bio-medical waste authorisation, etc. - Training new entrants as and when required and re-training existing employees. - Coordination for testing of lifting tools and tackles, Pressure vessels, etc. - Coordination for specific internal EHS trainings by faculty from DuPont and in-house pool of trainers. - Liaison & management during inspections by Central Pollution Control Board, State Pollution Control Board & systems auditors and closure of observations. - Safety observation in a team to identify unsafe conditions & acts, planning for elimination/control strategy and implementation of the same. - Coordination for timely renewal of licences for LPG bullets, Propane bullets, HSD storage cum filling station, etc. - Spearheading responsibility for environmental monitoring. - Preparing and maintaining incident log, monthly safety performance report, conducting Incident investigation, Root Cause Analysis and implementation of corrective action. - Supervision for smooth operation of ETP, STP and Environmental laboratory. - Providing inputs for GHG footprint tracking, Monthly & Annual Environmental Reports, Corporate Sustainability report. - Scheduling Quarterly safety audit, coordination for audit work, publishing reports and follow-up for closure of observations. - Driving ‘Zero Accident Plan’, a continual safety improvement program in each department through elimination of unsafe conditions. - Functioning as Coordinator, Lead Auditee & Secretary to MR for third party audits, taking audit close out actions for continuation and renewal of certificate, conducting Management Review Meetings and follow-up actions for improvement. - Coordination and execution of emergency drills. - Ontime completion of EHS legal tasks and updating in online legal compliance tracking portal ‘Legatrix’.

Key Deliverables- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.- Conducting awareness and training sessions to make employees realise the need to protect health at workplace, importance of timely maintenance & good housekeeping and importance of use of PPEs at workplace.- Ensuring compliance with the applicable Acts, Rules, etc.- Liaison and correspondences with Pollution Control Board officials to obtain Environmental consents & authorisations.- Carrying out safety observation tours for Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment followed by elimination of hazard/minimisation of risks.- Overall supervision of Environmental monitoring and submission of reports.- Making internal audit schedule (ISO 14001 & BS OHSAS 18001), coordination for audit work, compilation and publication of audit reports, and follow-up for implementation of corrective actions.- Fugitive emission control inside Cement mill to reduce exposure to cement dust.- Personal dust exposure monitoring, occupational health check-up and surveillance for use of respiratory protectors for operators working in cement mill area- Scheduled maintenance of Bag filters at cement silo top, belt conveyor transfer points and such other locations in order to i) Minimise loss of resources and ii) Prevent air pollution affecting respiratory system of community around.- Monitoring of groundwater depth and quality to detect pollution and depletion, if any, to protect health of employees and community. - Submission of monthly Holcim CO2 emission report and providing inputs for Corporate Sustainability report.

Key Deliverables- Overall supervision of the Effluent Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Treated Effluent Recirculation System, water conservation, etc.- Conducting Safety observations/inspections at the construction sites of expansion projects & taking necessary corrective actions to eliminate unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.- Supervision of monitoring of Stack emission, ambient & work zone air, wastewater & noise levels.- Management of Hazardous waste and Bio-medical waste along with related legal compliances.- Conducting internal audits of integrated system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) at regular interval.

Key Deliverables- Teaching different subjects viz. Wastewater treatment and disposal, Air pollution control, Solid waste management, etc., framing examination question papers and evaluation of answer scripts.

Key Deliverables- Conceptualisation of the wastewater treatment scheme suitable for particular wastewater e.g. integrated zero disposal scheme for Slaughter house cum meat processing wastewater, Dairy wastewater, Automobile garage complex wastewater, etc.- Sizing of vessels e.g. reactors, settling tanks, sludge drying beds etc. Technical discussion & negotiation with clients. Organizing Safety and environmental training program for capacity enhancement & taking some training sessions.

Key Deliverables- Overall management of the process of 50 TPD DCDA Sulfuric Acid Plant & Ferric alum plant for quality & quantity in rotating shifts.
