As an Reward Analyst I'm in charge of overseeing all the Benefits Operations for Wood Employees and ensure proper communication between Stakeholders and various service Providers.Run compensation changes using defined rules (salary changes, variable pay changes, incentive plan change/allocations).Calculates the variable pay for employees under a close supervision of C&B specialist (bonuses, incentives, stock option plans, etc).

Responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, travel and accident plan, flexible spending plan, retirement plans, etc.). This position provides excellent customer service and designs quality benefits plans. The administrator continually investigates new benefits programs, improves existing programs, and supervises and monitors benefits administration.

Worked as a claims specialist and my role was to handle insurance claim, like those made on a homeowner’s, health, or car insurance policy. As a specialist we used to verify reports and process these claims by researching the policy and accumulating evidence regarding the claim. We then verify the coverage and help to determine the compensation or settlement.
