Assistant Area Sales Manager
Current- To generate & increase Sales through dealers.
- Meeting sales target dealer wise and as per product Mix (Value & Volume both)
- Conduct product training, Painter Meet, Shop boy Training to ensure maximum secondary liquidation of dealer stock.
- Prospecting & appointing new dealers and interacts with existing customers to increase sales in given Markets/ territories.
- Profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through effective implementation of Company sales strategy through the Distributors and Retail Channel.
- Setting up system & Process at dealer place to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
