• Newgen Knowledge Works is into pre-press publishing needs of books and journals publishers based in US, UK and Europe• I worked as a Project Manager with the Legal Publishing Group of Aspen Law Publishers, a division of Wolters Kluwer Law and Business publishing company, based at New York• I managed and took care of each and every step involved in typesetting of law books as per specifications and guidelines provided by the client, starting from the manuscripts review stage, copyediting, composition, xml conversion, proofreading, QC review and final review stages till the book is ready to go to the printer for printing• I also coordinated and managed a production team of around 40 FTEs which included proofreaders, operators and copy-editors (in house and United States based freelancers).
