Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Ensure fulfilment of enterprise need for strategic training and content development through managing projects and programs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Spearhead Leadership Development programs, while supporting enterprise of 22,000+ team members through Organizational Strategy and Development, Talent Management, and Leadership Development training initiatives. Serve as a Program Lead of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Develop, edit, and revise content for training by supervising vendors, and contractors. Determine development needs across the company to drive training initiatives, whilst managing budgets, and optimizing resources. Design and implement Readiness Plans and Change Management Strategies. Lead and organize Talent Planning and Succession Plans in partnership with Human Resources. Ensured seamless online training to effectively support, communicate with, and maintain norms of behavior with attendees and facilitators.• Performed need analysis, and evaluated effectiveness through utilizing Adult Learning Theory, ADDIE, and 4 Levels of Evaluation, while maintaining collaboration with Stakeholders, Sponsors, and SME’s. • Developed and deployed Performance Management programs that led to enhanced decision-making and overall productivity.• Improved 90-day employee retention rate from 60% to 95%, while developing and implementing 3 major initiatives within 12-months.• Recognized as GROW Newsletter Featured Employee August, 2018.
