Worked with developers and engineers, prepared site plans in ACAD (self taught) for permits and to position the house on the lot, walked through and developed property lines with engineers and development, add notes to individual plot plans; estimating, checked plans and estimate and checking on venders insurance. Generated purchase orders; prepared costs for the individual plans per subdivision; negotiated pricing with subcontractors and vendors; and entered quotes in the computer. Researched and prepared variances; detailed input of change orders, adjusted estimates accordingly, filing, checking invoices with vendors for correction, general clerical and cover phones at front desk.
