The Operations Director leads administrative and operational aspects of Save the Harbor, insuring smooth and cost-effective functioning of the organization. The Operations Director will coordinate essential aspects of our office program administration, including budgeting, bookkeeping, billing and invoicing, accounts payable, banking, vendor relationships, event planning for our corporate gala and small donor events, and key aspects of our beach programs. The Operations Director will work with our bookkeeper to maintain clean financial records and prepare budget reports with the bookkeeper and ED for program reports and board meetings. The Operations Director will support the Development Director with a role in database management and foundation grant management. The Operations Director will also supervise the Senior Staff Assistant in their responsibilities maintaining a well-functioning office and organization.
