As a Management Consultant with significant HR, People & Culture experience, I help growing New Zealand businesses to create productive and sustainable work environments. Our clients are medium sized NZ owned and operated businesses with limited business management and human resources capacity. I came to this work with a diverse business background and varied roles including executive assistance, facilitation, counselling, mediation and leadership development giving me the ability to work closely alongside New Zealand businesses to support their leaders and people, particularly in times of change or growth.

Growing up, my Mum was a florist and as life has progressed, I have found myself increasingly drawn to the beauty that surrounds us in nature. Mum’s delight in the smallest of things was palpable. Perhaps ‘For The Love Of Nature’ is another part of her that lives on in me.I’m a natural organiser. After a career in business and later, working in my own HR consulting company for many years, it was time to spread my wings. I now create objects of beauty through the art of dried and preserved floral arrangements that are bespoke to complement the owners décor and style and are designed to be enjoyed for many years. Through ‘For The Love Of Nature’, I am able to use my business skills and exercise my creative side and share this with others.
