As a Pharmacy Liaison at Shields Health Solutions, I support the integration and operation of specialty pharmacy programs at partner health systems across the country. My core competencies include preparing and reviewing audit reports, delegating tasks and assignments, and adjudicating claims and prior authorizations. I also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Kean University, which enhances my understanding of the pharmacological and chemical aspects of my role. My mission is to provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients with complex and chronic conditions, and to collaborate with the health system staff and the Shields team to ensure the best outcomes.
