Current• Provide individual vocation and life coaching to college and graduate students• Plan and implement of career development programs with academic departments, aligning with institutional goals to enhance student engagement and professional growth opportunities• Supervise and mentor 400 student interns annually, ensuring high-quality experiential learning • Develop and teach the internship course for college credit • Liaison with off campus organizations and companies to develop partnerships and create opportunities for students• Create and execute campus-wide job fairs, alumni networking events, and career workshops emphasizing excellence in hospitality, connecting students with external partners and resources• Formulate and assess yearly team and individual goals to evaluate effectiveness• Integrate Christian faith into vocational guidance, helping students discern their unique gifts and purpose through a faith-based perspective• Served as an Inclusive Excellence Ambassador for the Office of Diversity Affairs, advocating for diversity and inclusion in programming and helping create welcoming, inclusive spaces that align with Christian principles• Meet with prospective families to assist with selecting a major and college fit
