My strengths include a strong understanding of reducing barriers in healthcare; working with multidisciplinary teams; facilitating groups; planning and coordinating projects; monitoring performance; collaborating on projects; promoting policies/procedures; and problem-solving skills. My objective is to continue working with the health care field in all aspects as they relate to the provision of services in mental health, reducing disparities, and caring for our Veterans!
