My professional journey has been a decades-long learning experience, beginning as an office manager and growing to become the President of Team 84.The journey began in 2002 when NFL All-Pro Herman Moore hired me as an office manager. He had just signed with the New York Giants and needed someone to oversee his professional offices while he was out of town. Since I had my own business and was a trusted friend, I accepted the job.I took the opportunity to start at ground level and work my way up. I observed how Herman managed his business. I learned how to oversee an office and a team of people. As Herman's businesses evolved, so did I. My roles evolved from office manager to executive assistant, to partner, to Director of Business Development, to becoming the President of Team 84 in 2018.We've worked in sports and entertainment, software development, technology, marketing, and more. I've picked up new skills from each experience and grown as a person and professional along the way.What I love the most about working for Team 84 is the freedom to be myself. I can apply my own experience to our business and I'm always welcomed to speak my mind. I love that we are a team of committed people with similar goals and a drive to succeed.I'm proud of where I began and how far I've come, and I'm looking forward to where we have yet to go.
