I am passionate about using my experience in entrepreneurial business and strategic talent management to address issues that impact the World, such as implementing international development in a sustainable way. I have published and presented on the leadership pipeline, global leadership, women in leadership, and leadership development. I have had the privilege of living and working on three continents, and leading multi-cultural teams, building on my formative years living in Europe and Africa, where I gained a deep enjoyment of other cultures and languages.
