I’m currently leading the global growth strategy across e-commerce, 33 company-owned retail stores and wholesale, with distribution in the luxury tier, and the NYC operation and showroom with 50-member organization.

Throughout my executive career at Ralph Lauren Corporation, I led high-performing cross-disciplinary organizations and a complex business portfolio of new and established brands targeting a broad range of customer lifestyles; a distribution base comprising department stores, specialty and travel retailers, country clubs and resorts; and an emerging B2B e-commerce business.I also served as an early advocate and active executive sponsor for corporate Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. As Group President of the Americas, I headed U.S., Canada and LATAM wholesale and retail, and the global travel retail business spanning 26 countries. In this leadership capacity, I steered a transformative operating shift, establishing the company’s first unified vision and regional management structure across retail and wholesale and all merchandise divisions -- Women’s, Men’s, Kids’ and Home. Over the course of a 2-year period, I organized teams for success and developed the groundwork for a multi-year effort to drive a strengthened, consistent brand experience and position the business for sustainable growth.
