• Analyze 500+ operating stores for accrued common area maintenance, rent payments, percentage rent, noncash rent, and evaluating new leases to determine if they should be capitalized• Prepare financial schedules to support periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and materials provided to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and members of management• Review store income statements for consistency and reasonableness.
