I provide IP consultation services and servicing for local and worldwide clients:Trademark, Patents,Industrial design, Branding consultancy Franchise consultancy My clients are mainly from small-medium enterprises (SME), corporates, foreign associates, public listed companies (PLC), business owners, referrals by business associates. We have worked with clients from branding and advertising agencies, including independent creatives for company branding. Some of our happy clients are Spritzer Group, Paramount Corp, Shimono Holding, amongst many others.Here’s a list of the things I do but of course, I cover other areas on an ad-hoc basis as well:  To prospect for potential clients by networking, referral, advertising, cold emailing and other means of generating new leads.  To gain and retain existing accounts by offering new IP solutions and services to clients.  To develop practical and measurable marketing strategies to increase company’s revenue and to ensure the annual sales target is achieved.  To plan persuasive approaches and design new pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.  To coordinate seminars and talks on IP rights for governmental corporations, GLCs, local universities, trade associations, private corporations etc.

Responsibilities: Business Development and any related matters, servicing clients, businesses as per their requirement. Assisting in IP matters, keeping up to date with latest legislation, filing and indexing IP work. Analysing, researching and summarising legal information.

 Involved in handling client's IP (Trademark & Copyright) in Northern and Central Region. Liaise with company's Alliance Partner and State Government to organise IP seminars to raise awareness in relation to IP. Coordinate with oversea IP Agent in terms of oversea applications. Provide relevant IP services to meet client's business objectives. Participate in various trade shows, exhibitions and in collaboration with SAMENTA (SME Association Malaysia), SMI Association Malaysia, Asia Success Branding Magazine etc
