October 2021 - December 2023: Appointed chair of the Civil Group's Inclusion council. Brought my knowledge from the Defense Inclusion Council to help standup a new council within Civil. I was the administrator for the council's intranet site, managed the council's workspace collaboration site, and created the council e-newsletters. Under my leadership, the Civil Inclusion Council was often the council other emerging councils referenced for best practices. Some of the key programs we developed and executed included the Building Inclusive Teams contest, mentoring roundtables, DEI webinar calendar (some with external guest speakers), groupwide engagement activities, and the Virtual Art Showcase.
