Consultant And Facilitator

Love And Joy

As a child who was told I talked a lot I never thought I would one day get paid to do it. And yet, here we are. Educating people in engaging and entertaining ways is my passion. particularly when the subject is wellness. Early in my career I created employee trainings for front desk procedures, timesheet, and expense report completion. Later, as a victim advocate I began creating and facilitating trainings and workshops on domestic violence, sexual assault, and self care. I have done multiple presentations on these topics in local, regional, and national arenas. National Conferences at which I have spoken include the National Sexual Assault Conference, National Coalition Against Domestic Violence Annual Conference, Self-Care for Advocates Conference, and the National Wellness Conference. My role as an advocate and my affinity for asking questions eventually led me to consulting. It's not enough for me to ask the questions. I also seek the answers. I'm a problem solver by nature and love figuring out puzzles. While seeking solutions stresses some people out, I find it refreshing. I love consulting for small DV/SA agencies and coalitions, who often have similar questions, but not the resources on site to devote solely to finding answers to the questions. I will happily be that resource. I will gladly and effectively answer questions and solve problems. In addition to advocacy, eloquence, and inquisitiveness, my range of experience working in customer service, contract administration, and project management give me other pertinent qualifications needed to be a successful consultant. Contact me to see how I can facilitate and/or consult for your organization. I look forward to hearing from you.
