Managed the company’s day-to-day operations from business development, customer care, staff administration (varied from 10-12 team members) and revenue management. Established and cultivated partnerships with key suppliers such as resorts, hotels, airlines and other vendors. Generated strategic plans to elevate the company’s organizational performance and operations. Authored the Company Profile, Company Policy and the company’s Standard Operating Process (Company SOP), business proposals and plans, and contract agreements. Headed and managed the Reservations Department and ensured maximum rooms revenue. One of the key people to effectively improve revenue through strategic rooms revenue management alongside aviation monitoring and control. Developed new standard operating procedures to maximize sell of rooms and seats on the flights. Sharpened operational performance and time management with the introduction of innovative Reservation system and procedures. Involved in the formulation of the Company’s standard operating procedures for Micros-Fidelio Opera Property Management System.

Worked at Amanpulo as part of pre-opening team. Amanpulo is an Amanresorts property which now owns and manages 33 small luxury resorts and hotels worldwide. Headed the Reservations Department using the then popular Fidelio System. Managed client bookings, ensured their smooth check-in and flawless holiday experience. Functioned as In-House sales and endeavored to successfully achieve monthly room targets. Directly handled bookings of VVIP accounts (world renowned celebrities, high profile politicians, royalties, the rich and famous, etc.). Handled reservations for other Aman-owned properties in close liaison with the Amanresorts Offices.

Developed and managed the Inbound and Outbound Tours Division of the company. Formulated packages and programs for both Inbound and Outbound Tours. Facilitated the opening and subsequently managed the company’s first branch office in Quezon City. Facilitated the processing of company’s IATA accreditation in 19.91
