I got adventurous in 2013 and started Lanham Engineering, LLC after working as a Traffic Engineer for B&N for 9 years on a wide variety of projects. I now wear many hats in my business including growing/managing my team, playing accountant and IT help desk, and leading business development.As a team, our experience lies in both work on traffic studies and plan set preparation, specializing in safety studies and traffic design. Our typical studies include safety studies, intersection/corridor/transportation planning studies, IMS/IJS, traffic impact studies, and design traffic forecasts. Our traffic design services include, signal and ITS/interconnect design, signing and pavement markings, maintenance of traffic during construction, and lighting design.I enjoy leading projects and people with confidence by setting ambitious goals with high expectations for myself and others, tackling problems decisively, and embracing my competitive drive for continual improvement.
