I provided legal guidance to the EMEA leadership team in relation to major sales and IT business initiatives in areas covering Digital/ IT / Sales models etc. I ensured that Avon complied with country and industry legislation and regulations and that the interests of the company were protected at all times.

As the sole legal advisor to a site workforce of 1200 (and part of a team advising a 7000+ workforce). I gained valuable experience in providing corporate/commercial legal advice and support to a wide variety of business people. I advised the company (Directors and Employees) on all aspects of the law including Software licensing and technology, Commercial and Procurement Contracts (private and public customers), Intellectual Property, Overseas Advisers, International Agreements and Ethics. Based in Luton, I was the first point of contact for those working out of that site, although I still advised colleagues in Basildon, Edinburgh and Italy.
