I own the JoyFill Organics brand & business which specializes in Organic Cereals, Herbs & Spices with the main product being a special Mixed Nuts Butter.-I handle the management and Operations

As the team leader, Business development department, I efficiently worked to manage a team of five business development executives, training and guiding them on the full prospecting circle of lead generation, while using sales navigator, Snovio and Apollo.I also trained on, Filling the sales funnel, using Hub spot & Zoho CRM for data entry, email sequences and reminders and eventually to scheduling meetings with different organizations and I would eventually come in to introduce the company and do product presentations on their behalf. I was also tasked with sales and marketing for a loan solution software, developed by them and I was required to generate new business, do presentations, schedule meetings and meet monthly targets, while continually learning, unlearning and relearning new techniques in the SAAS Markets, for organizations in the lending business. Unfortunately, we got Laid off.
