• Prepare submittal for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications.• Responsible for buy-out materials. Maintain buy-out log.• Prepare, review and distribute RFI's. Maintain RFI's log.• Prepare and Review Subcontractors Change Order and Billings.• Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with documents.• Distribute final requirement documentation to subcontractors.• Document quality and progress of each Subcontractor and Suppliers. Update Subcontractors and Suppliers of any changes to the plans, specifications and/or schedule.• Responsible for timely completion of all required project close-out documents per contract.• Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary back up relating to change requests.

• Generate/manage BIM models and learn Construction Methods and Identify BIM tools that can be used by Project Managers and Engineers during construction.• Perform Clash Detection to ensure multiple items are coordinated.• Assist the team with model visualizations.• Obtaining Model based Quantities for estimating and Material orders.• Production of Shop Drawings for submittals/ field use using Revit and Cad.• Production of Reinforcement Bar Detail and Bar Schedule.• Work on-site to update and convert models to cad for As-built conditions.• Develop BIM standards, library and processes.

•Responsible for the production of all computer generated drawings as directed by theProject Engineers and in accordance with the guidance set out in Atkins CAD Standards, Title Block Templates and CAD Layering Convention. Also responsible for the issue of the drawing and the maintenance of the drawing register.•Prepares General Arrangements, Sections & Details, and Reinforcement Details Plan, Shearwall details, Column Schedule, Slabs & Beams Schedule, Stair Details, Steel Framing Details and all Structural concerns.•Prepare Revit Structure Model, layouts and details.
