•Handling In-Building Solution Project•Oversees the operations of the Managed Services accounts under Site Acquisition and Management•Contributes operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare andcomplete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards;resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends•Communicates customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customerexperience, including resolving problems and complaints•Responsible for all supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees•Forecasts requirements, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions•Communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions

•Handling In-Building Solution Project•Train and supervise site acquisition employees and subcontractors•Ensure proper flow of information concerning site acquisition and permitting among the Project Managers and clients to facilitate smooth and efficient operation process•Negotiate or oversee the negotiations performed by Site Acquisition Personnel to meet client guidelines•Manage the coordination, scheduling and tracking the site visits and technical team visits with variousteams•Manage the preparation and update the site status reports/data bases, site close-out packages, and attend client meetings as required

•Handling In-Building Solution Project•Profiling of sites for acquisition and coordination with the Building Owners/Administrators for letter ofintent/proposal and survey request•Negotiation and approval of Commercial Terms and Engineering Plan with the Building Owners / Administrators•Coordinate, schedule site visits and technical meeting with various teams•Negotiate lease acquisition required for telecommunications installations•Prepare and update site status reports/database on a daily basis•Attend client meetings and deployment calls as required

•Responsible for acquiring sites for telecommunications expansion projects negotiating for lease andsecuring the government permits and clearances•Monitors the status of sites acquired to ensure targets set by management are met•Coordinates with legal department regarding other requirements for finalization of lease contract•Coordinates with finance and administrative section regarding monthly billings and other concern of thelessor•Maintain database of all information regarding sites for rollout expansion project•Monitor all documents submitted by Contractors and update the database and distributes the same toLegal and Site Acquisition Manager•Coordinates with the contractors regarding the completion of telecommunication facilities in the sitesacquired/ existing sites

•Handling Logistics International Account (US & Canada clients).•Receive customers' concerns over the phone.•Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/oralternatives•Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise•Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile•Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensive way•Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
