• Responsible for developing and expanding WellPoint’s Autism Spectrum Disorders Program across the enterprise including utilization management, intensive case management, ASD Family Support Program and ensuring programs and procedures are in place to meet the needs of all customers. Works in collaboration with sales team to present ASD Program to various national account groups for purchase. • Created new buy-up Autism Spectrum Disorders Program for National Accounts to meet the demand. • Responsible for hiring and managing group of Program Managers, Care Managers, and non-clinical staff to support the program. • Serves as clinical resource on ASD, providing trainings and CEU presentations regarding Autism Spectrum Disorders to clinical and non-clinical staff, meet with legislators regarding ASD related issues and concerns, partners with network teams to conduct ABA provider site audits.• Works in collaboration with audit, data analytics and investigation teams to ensure accurate claims payment and appropriate service delivery. • Responsible for coordination of Autism benefits for national account membership, serving as a key participant to educate employer groups on autism and potential benefit designs.

• Responsible for creating Autism Concierge product to sell across the enterprise.• Serves as internal clinical resource for issues related to developmental disorders, providing trainings and CEU presentations regarding Autism to clinical and non-clinical staff.• Participate on multi-disciplinary workgroups to develop process, system configurations and workflows for various state autism mandates across the 14 states under Wellpoint, Inc.• Responsible for coordination of Autism benefits for national account membership, serving as a key participant to educate employer groups on autism and potential benefit designs. • Responsible for coordination of the four person Program Manager team and reporting back to the VP of Behavioral Health.
