I view obstacles as opportunities and will travel off the beaten path to find creative solutions for my team and clients. I believe that leaders create leaders and I measure my success by that standard.I have had rewarding experiences working with people with intellectual and developmental different abilities, pediatrics, home health, post acute, wound and hospice care. I am thankful for all of the opportunities I have had to serve others in challenging moments of their lives. I believe in empowering teams and families through education and seek to be a resource to others within our community.I respect the value of a higher education as well as the wisdom of life experience. I believe strongly that an ounce of initiative is worth a pound of intention. I am up for a challenge and if there is a way up the mountain I will find it. In my spare time I enjoy bouldering and rock climbing, spending time with friends and family, and reading.
