OBJECTIVE: Position with ongoing opportunities to expand knowledge and skills through challenges and fulfilling experiences.MANAGEMENT & ANALYSIS•Manage projects from conception to completion, scheduling team, assigning tasks, maintaining budgets and timelines, and motivating team.•Research, develop, and produce websites, including micro-sites and full site redesigns, change communications, flash applications and websites, branding initiatives, online advertising campaigns, and a quarterly magazine publication.•Manage development of web applications through gathering of product/functional requirements through completion and update releases.•Collaborate on business plans, project scopes and revenue projections.PROJECT MANAGEMENT/INTERACTIVE DEVELOPMENT •Create protocol for project initiation, management and reporting: Create organizational documents, including estimates, budgets, schedules, contracts, communications plans, functional specifications, content matrices, QA test plans, and status reports. •Conduct retrospective analysis of projects to continually improve efficiencies, processes, and quality.•Communicate with clients, creative resources, web/DB developers, account executives and contractors on project details/status.•Provide recommendations for creative and technical development.QUALITY ASSURANCE•Support creative and technology teams in all editorial and functional aspects of ongoing creative and development initiatives to verify usability, accuracy, and functionality. •Assure client requirements are compatible with existing UIs and ensure projects adhere to quality and scope specifications.Specialties: •Helped lead transition to a new online project management system; oversaw migration, set up and training of PM team during transition.•Assisted in conception, managed development through deployment of proprietary project management application suite, including custom functionality updates.•Created functional and technical specifications for user interface of dynamic application and corresponding content management system.
