In the past, I worked for the Department of Orientation, Transition, and Parent and Family Programs at Kennesaw State. In 2016, I helped plan an overnight trip for 100 students. When I was working with the Department of Residence Life as a Resident Assistant, the position allowed me to develop my conflict management, leadership, and organizational skills.From 2017 to 2018, I worked as a Technical Support Specialist with Kennesaw State University's Department of University Information Technology Services. I helped troubleshoot issues related to wifi connectivity, account access, malware, program installation.At the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) as a Technical Support Analyst. My duties are providing maintenance, configuration, setup, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and providing support for various software products for the nuclear industry.From 2019 to 2020, I worked at Southwire as a Business Transformation Product Management intern. My duties were to provide product order quotes to customers, Agents, Account Managers, and Sales. As well as to create and update product pricing tools for Agents, Account Managers, and Sales. At Target as a Fulfillment Specialist. My duties included meeting service and required ship time standards. As well as meeting pick and pack productivity expectations and INF goals. I am currently working at ZKTeco USA.I am responsible for supporting our access control panels, biometric chip/hardware components, and various RFID readers and software. My primary support activities include responding to e-mail and inbound phone requests for assistance with installing, operating, and trouble-shooting products.
