• Working closely with the project manager to implement the education projects in Agami schools, with the aim of ensuring quality education for children;• Contributing to project planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring processes aligned with the established frameworks of Agami;• Supervising project staff, interns, and school-level stakeholders to execute the project plan and address challenges within the framework;• Monitoring and promptly reporting project activities for quality, efficiency, and appropriate response to the identified needs;• Regularly follow up with schools, identifying their needs, and providing technical support for smooth implementation of the projects;• Facilitating different events, training, workshops, seminars, etc., and sharing the appropriate information including incorporating justifiable feedback;• Developing the project log frame, result matrix, and monitoring tools, particularly in the areas of performance indicators and measurement;• Developing data collection tools and techniques (utilizing ODK and KoBo Toolbox), including capturing information on project impacts, outcomes, outputs, processes, and lessons learned;• Preparing monthly and yearly activity plans for effective implementation of the project activities;• Compiling and submitting monthly and quarterly reports to line management as per project outline;• Maintaining liaisons with relevant NGOs, GOB officials, and education/child protection-related organizations for effective program implementation and enhancement of quality;• Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of Safeguarding and PSEA policy among team members and ensure the implementation of Safeguarding/PSEA standards in every course of action.

• Developing education-based training modules for primary and secondary teachers, including manual and material development;• Facilitating subject-specific training sessions in collaboration with primary and secondary educators;• Preparing yearly training calendar and budget; assisting venue management and logistical support;• Coordinating training programs and workshops, encompassing pre-and post-training assessments;• Preparing the summary report based on pre-and post-assessment tests of the training;• Maintaining database for teachers` training, and preparing reports to ensure return on training investment;• Organizing, participating, and representing at project-related events, including online and offline training;• Visiting/monitoring schools as needed inside and outside of Dhaka for monitoring and evaluation;• Analyzing the progress of students and teachers and preparing progress reports.
