Partner with school systems/the Ministry of Education to ensure that the Fellows are placed into schools that will enable them to deliver Teach For Thailand’s vision; cultivate relationships with these school systems/Ministry of Education.

- Design leadership curriculum and key activities to develop youth all over Thailand in political context; in an alignment of public policy and local strategic implementation plan- Manage and Administer activities in action throughout Thailand - Promote and establish leadership model for youth program throughoutorganization- Run campaign for Youth all over Thailand for an impact to the change and to the better of their local and society

In the nutshell, my responsibilities are about Organizational Performance Check-up with 360/180/90 feedback with consultation and individual development plan identification process, Talent management to identify, develop and maintain with Assessment Activity.- Identify customer’s needs and concerns in term of Assessment- Creates in-depth understanding and establishing the criteria to assess behaviour and performance in particular job function and level by focusing on assess current competences and potentials in the future- Design Assessment Activities which aligning to defined assessment criteria and clients’ organizational culture with attain both validity and reliability- Manage and Administer Assessment Activities in Action (Assessment Day)- Normalize and Integrate score with team and create individual feedback, report, development plan and feedback session to participants

- Identify customer’s needs and concerns in term of training and consulting issues- Conduct in-depth understanding in customer organization’s causes and problems in order to present and transfer the details to the senior trainers and/or consultants- Create analytical framework and synthesize knowledge to generate the innovative solution and present the finding to the senior trainers and/or consultants- Prepare, create and develop proposal , training material , expert documents and other work products- High performance in facilitate or conduct the consulting project and/or training program to meet company’s goal and customer’s high expectation

- Manage and Develop sales team in order to achieve the business targets set- Planning, Managing and Controlling the marketing and sales budget to generate the most effective marketing and sales plan with the most cost effective- Key problem solver regarding customer satisfaction, marketing and sales operation issues- Supervisor sales team to build and manage positive relationship and provide support to intermediaries and direct customers by aligning company’s strategic plan and goal to intermediaries and direct customers’ demands to generate the most profitable growth- Expand distribution channels and sales as well as identification of key channels to focus exploitation for maximum profi- Design and implement new marketing strategies (especially develop strategic 4P) for the Company leading to nationwide distribution of products- Analyze the business data and conduct market research in order to design new products to meet the needs and expectations of the market- Design and implement an incentives scheme for Marketing and Sales department. Scheme focused on specific sales performance measures. This resulted in double digit sales growth- Design the Company’s key processes to streamline the entire operation- Completely reengineered the company's sales and key operational processes to enhance efficiency and service levels
