Consulted C-Suite technology leaders, in the global beauty industry, to define a roadmap and corresponding plan aimed at reducing low value operational work spanning various IT systems. Within two weeks of being temporarily assigned to this client, I was able to organize the $200K effort by developing a communication plan, scripting C-Suite employee awareness videos, creating a project schedule, standardizing a weekly client read out, and delivering various other artifacts. Reassigned to lead a team of project managers responsible for delivering on a $1M+ contract involving a collection of 15+ IT merger and divestiture projects. Built a project framework supporting the diverse scope of efforts while creating consistency and standardization in scoping, planning, reporting, and metrics. This framework supported major initiatives to improve customer service and grow revenue such as the program to increase network bandwidth and launch new video and data solutions. This program resulted in operational efficiencies saving $32M in capital while supporting higher customer internet speeds. Grew the size and scope of the project engineering team of three to a department of twenty. Scope increased from project deployments to process engineering with a focus on operational efficiency and quicker time to service activation. Facilitated process evaluations and through various mapping exercises identified efficiencies and reduced time for on-network service activations by 50%.
