▪ Heading South Asia Region Warehouse and Logistics function.▪ Provide operational and strategic leadership to 4 SBUs under Stretchline Holdings.▪ Facilitate EXCO team to make LRP and short term plans.▪ Plan, execute and monitor the digitalization roadmap as per business growth and strategical objectives.▪ Lead, educate and build Lean/ Kaizen culture and, monitor and evaluate regional KPIs.

• Managing entire warehouse function of Stretchline Elastic Plant, Covering Plant, Yarn Dye Plant and Fantasia (Pvt.) Ltd.• Monitor and control stock levels and the material flow to ensure the highest service level while the optimum resources are used in all warehouse functions.• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy is maintained at the warehouse to ensure the seamless material supply to the internal and the external customers.• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards (Internal & External) are met.• Oversee the planning, execution & monitoring of the shipment delivery process in order to ship out correct merchandise in terms of quality, cost & timeliness whilst maintaining shop floor discipline and a positive working environment by eliminating workforce disputes.• Collaborate with sourcing, production and commercial departments and develop supply integrations process to leverage on cost of servicing the user departments.• Lead, educate and build Lean/ Kaizen culture and, monitor and evaluate department KPIs.• Investigate issues and facilitate systematic problem-solving process to eliminate root causes to ensure smooth functioning of the department and continuous improvements.• Prepare inventory related reports/ analysis to support top management to make decisions. • Ensure accurate documentation, up-to-date information feed into the ERP system whilst, authorizing same to fulfill the procedural requirements of the warehouse.• Plan for utilization of all aspects of budget in accordance with yearly approved budget plan by Finance.• Follow-up on all KPIs of the department and ensure that the performance levels meet the required targets.• Enforce adherence to the Brand Protection Policy, Intellectual policy & compliance standards.• Conduct review meetings with inter warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of operations.

Managing the outbound and reverse logistics operations.Research and development in supply chain.Strategic planning in outbound and the reverse logistics operation.Monitoring and evaluating supply chain KPIs to achieve objectives and targets.Logistics planning and the fleet management.Ensure 100% compliance with respective standards in storage and distribution of materials.Outbound analysis and MIS reporting to the top management.

Overall management of Third party logistics provider and their performance – Monitor & Control service provider as per the Inventory management process comply with agreement & KPIs/ SLAs. Responsibilities:Managing the inventory, ensuring appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material and reduce aging material.Handling operational issues related to inventory/ warehouse & distribution. Ensuring timely material receipt & delivery as per AOP/ TAT.Direct service provider towards space & cost optimization.Ensure 100% compliance adhere to statutory guidelines (BOI/ TRC/ Customs)/ compliance check lists whilst handling Internal & external audits.Conducting periodical review meetings with service provider/ technical team and finance team. MIS reporting to the central team.
