• Posting of treasury related journal entries such as cash receipts, interest income/expense, bank charges, Form A /M into the General Ledger of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning Accounting System • Perform cash and bank reconciliation on all accounts of the company and it’s subsidiaries • Ensures adequate liquidity to meet day-to-day operations of the company with emphasis on payment for stock and vendors (local and foreign currency)• Bank charge optimization• Perform reconciliation on all investment accounts

• Billing and invoicing• Perform reconciliation of customers account daily• Daily management of debts and collections• Preparation of monthly trade receivables report• Revenue recognition of all cash based revenues• Posting of customers deposits and matching off against invoices.• Issue of monthly account statement to all customers• Management of customers queries.
