I am a highly respected, professional freelance Chartered Psychologist, HPC registered Occupational Psychologist (CPBP and AFBPsS) and Chartered Scientist with many years' experience of providing business psychology services across public, private and third sectors across the globe. I work across the fields of selection and development, helping to find and improve the fit between people and jobs. My particular interest is in deep-dive executive assessment and development, drawing on vertical/adult development approaches.
