Current• Access Liaison for multiple Treasury Services business lines responsible for software, hardware, and access requests, verifying hardware inventory, and establishing an innovative tracking system for all requests to help maintain organizational communication across multiple departments for each request from the initial request through completion.• Primary Onboarding Admin responsible for ensuring new hires and transfers are added to appropriate AD groups, have all the necessary equipment to perform their job duties, as well as coordinating their schedules as they transition to their new teams by ensuring they’ve been added to all necessary meetings and have initial Meet and Greets scheduled with all Official and Non-Official team members, as needed.• Long history of leading and coordinating large scale Division-wide meetings throughout the year to include initial planning phases, assigning roles and responsibilities within the planning committee, tracking action items, and ensuring deliverables stay on task, and coordinating any necessary logistics with the Conference Center and TSD Officers overseeing the agenda and presentations.• Regularly maintain Officer calendars, which includes managing their changing priorities, mitigating schedule conflicts, coordinating meetings with a variety of stakeholders at their request, and performing an annual audit of their meeting inventory to ensure an alignment of priority year-to-year.• Performing necessary audits and reviews on schedule, including the annual Membership review to ensure compliance with Financial Management and Legal requirements, as well as the Semi-annual System Visitor Badge review to ensure compliance with Law Enforcement and Information Security requirements.• Maintaining the Treasury Services Administrative SharePoint site, to include organization of folder structure, trainings, and annual site audits.
