Knowledge is the key to great change, and an individual's future is only as big as he or she is able to understand. My passion is to empower individuals to become the greatest versions of themselves. Whether that be through assisting people in creating action plans that focus on their unique strengths to performing community assessments or working on better policies to spark great change. There are endless ways to impact the world around us, and I hope to influence it in every way I can. To accomplish this, I recently graduated with a masters degree in social work from the University of Southern Mississippi. I have worked with inner city populations, accomplished research projects for a wide range of communities, lead projects focused on prenatal health in Mississippi, and lobbied for different policies on welfare, education, health, and care of children in Washington, D. C. With the wide range of opportunities around me, I know there is always a chance to bring change wherever I go.
