During this tenure, I directed the execution of the fit-out works in Retail Arabia International managing the store fit-out execution for brands within a specified timeline, quality, and budget. Collaborated with the brand architect in reviewing the drawings submitted as well as facilitated the design and space layout by issuing base build drawings to the brand architect. Led the preparations of tender BOQ, quotes, negotiations, and appointment of contractors; obtained completion certificate; and coordinated with the mall management and other statutory authority for approval on the drawings.List of my achievements:➣ Followed project requirements in ordering the shop fittings, flooring, light fittings, etc. for various brands in addition to the verification and certification of invoices.➣ Set up 30 stores in one year for brands like Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Marina Rinaldi, etc. in Doha, Qatar; accomplished the timely opening of the 25 stores after a fire incidence and government introduced new regulations for fire safety system.
