For the first time in 12 years, the event showed a profit four-figure profit. Managed the activities and behavior of a group of sales professionals to ensure that sales goals were met.

For two years full-time and then four years part-time, I trained sales professionals and sales managers on the FedEx sales process, the company's services, general business trends like globalization and skills builders like negotiation. I was the lead for the training of the Canadian sales force. Other international training projects includes sales process training in India and South Africa and a 'train the trainer' session in Nigeria.
